Just looking at the smiling happy faces in our photo galleries would give a flavour of our antics this term! We studied minibeasts: an exciting project when we reared three butterflies from grubs to fully grown butterflies to set free into our garden, we made bug hotels, snail hotels and a wormery. All creatures were released back into the wild after showing us how they live and their characteristics. Fascinating wildlife from our own surroundings. We held a fun filled sports day, had daily stories or poems in our outdoor classroom and were so grateful for the sunshine! We finished up designing summer murals and decorated our room with them for our party. And our youngest pupil brought in her delicious birthday cake to share with us all.
