Today we were very lucky to be able to take a tour of our local Bakery, which supplies sweet treats to many of our supermarkets. We were able to see how a factory works, from the ingredients store, to their huge mixing equipment, to an area where their ovens cook their products and then a cooling area, where the items get ready for decorating. Having watched the machinery do this job, we got to work ourselves, decorating to our own designs! Have a look at our beautiful creations which tasted so delicious! The ladies gave us all some of their buns to share with our families too! A huge THANK YOU to every member of Scott’s Bakery who looked after us so well today, we appreciate it very much. A lovely way to end our Topic about Food.
