On Wednesday, as part of their preparation for Confirmation, our P7 class visited St. Patrick's Purgatory on Lough Derg.Weather conditions were perfect as we enjoyed the boat trip and the retreat on this sacred island. The pupils were involved in art activities, prayers and songs as well as learning about the history of the island. Thank you to Mary, Catherine and Canon Dawson who supported our faith journey and to Canon McGahan for organising our retreat.
