The P7 pilgrimage to Lough Derg was a very memorable experience for our Confirmation class. The weather was exceptionally beautiful, with clear skies and a gentle breeze for the serene boat trip across to this sacred island. Upon arrival, the pupils were involved in art activities, prayers, a tour of the Basilica as well as learning about the history of the island. Our P7 pupils demonstrated exemplary behaviour throughout the day, showing respect and maturity, making the experience so special for everyone involved.
