On Tuesday, pupils from P5 to P7 embarked on an educational trip to the Titanic Centre in Belfast. This visit was designed to complement their work in the "World Around Us" curriculum, providing a hands-on learning experience about the history and legacy of the Titanic and the SS Nomadic. The pupils participated in a tour of the Titanic Belfast Museum, which included interactive exhibits and detailed displays about the construction, voyage, and tragic sinking of the Titanic. The students also toured the SS Nomadic, the last remaining White Star Line ship in the world.
The trip to the Titanic Centre, in Belfast, was a resounding success, providing an enriching educational experience that combined learning with interactive fun. It was a day well spent and was thoroughly enjoyed by our P5 to P7 pupils.
