A huge congratulations to our fabulous school cook Elizabeth Smiton and Ann Marie O'Neill from St.Mary's Ballygawley who recently took part in the NISCA Bake Off in Portaown. Both ladies worked together to win the heat, baking a wide variety of cupcakes, bread and tray bakes. They will progress to the final in Antrim in June. We wish both ladies the very best of luck!
