Looking after your heart was the lesson for Valentine's Day, when our pupils were treated to a range of activities encouraging them to take care of their hearts. First each class had a beautiful platter of fruit for sharing, this was followed by our delicious dinner and then we were treated to an exercise plan to get our hearts beating faster. Thank you to Conor and Pauric from the Edge, for their expert advice on keeping fit and healthy.
