P5, P6 & P7 pupils have been learning about the topic of 'Europe' in their World Around Us lessons from January 2017. As a finale to this very worthwhile topic, the School decided to host a 'European Theme Day'. Throughout the morning classes, the pupils became familiar with European languages such as French, Spanish and German. The pupils then had the opportunity to have a European themed dinner which included Spanish Meatballs, Italian Pizza along with a delicious Mediterranean Salad.
In the afternoon, the P5, P6 & P7 class had a 'tasting evening' which consisted of Swiss cheese, French Baguettes, English crackers, Belgium Hot Chocolate and Swiss Chocolate! Have a look at our fantastic photos from this special day in School.😀
