On Tuesday our boys and girls attended the Cabragh Football & Netball tournaments and had a most enjoyable day out. Massive congratulations to our Aughadarragh girls who were crowned worthy champions of the Cabragh Cup Netball Tournament. The girls played in extremely hot conditions and showed outstanding skill and determination to defeat a very strong Donaghmore side in the final. The whole school community are so proud of you all!! Our boys had mixed fortunes winning two of their games and reaching the Shield semifinal where they were beaten by a very strong Galbally side.
Well done to all and a massive “thank you” to all the staff of St Mary’s Cabragh for hosting this tournament.
